The 6SL3310-1GF34-1AA3 is a high-performance power module from the Siemens SINAMICS G130 series, designed for heavy-duty industrial single-drive applications. It adopts a 6-pulse non-regenerative rectifier topology, suitable for 3AC 500–600 V power supply systems with rated continuous current of 410 A and typical rated power up to 250 kW. With IP00 protection degree, it is intended for internal cabinet installation and equipped with forced air cooling to ensure stable long-term operation.
